who is jesus?

Jesus is the image of the invisible God. The bible tells us if we’ve seen Jesus we’ve seen God.
He is fully God and fully human. Jesus is pursuing a relationship with you. He was born of a virgin.
He died as the sacrificial substitute to pay the penalty for our sin.
He physically rose from the dead, ascended into heaven and will one day physically return.
When we put our trust in Him He gives us His Spirit who helps us to follow and point others to Him.

why we worship

We are created in the image of God. Everything that we have and everything that we are we owe to Him. Just as an artist deserves credit for His masterpiece our creator, God, deserves our praise because we are his greatest
work of art.

why we gather

We gather because God has made us for relationship and to worship Him with others. We gather in large and small gatherings to remember who God is and what He has done. We gather to provide an opportunity for people to encounter Jesus.

what does it mean to follow Jesus?

A Jesus follower can be described as someone who is increasingly placing all of life under the authority of Jesus. Your first step is surrendering your life to Him and trusting in Him to be your Saviour. Following Jesus is continually learning to surrender and trust more and more of your life to Him.
